Overview:

The Village Hall is held in Charitable Trust for the benefit of the Residents of the Parish.

The Sole Trustee of the Charity is the Corporate Body of Milborne Port Parish Council

The Village Hall is managed on a day-to-day week-to-week basis by a Village Hall Manager

The strategic overview is provided by a committee

Village Hall Manager:

Chris Sheeran is the Village Hall Manager, he works part-time and oversees a team of two caretakers

Village Hall Committee:

The committee has responsibility for overseeing the year-to-year direction of the hall, ensuring that all Charity Commission requirements are met, and giving steer to the Village Hall Manager.

Users of the Hall are welcome to have a seat on the committee. The committee meets about 6 times a year.
